Mega-retto Sour

The Mega-retto Sour is a play on the classic Amaretto Sour cocktail, punched up with overproof dark rum. The recipe below makes 1 drink.

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Lazzaroni Amaretto

.75 oz Overproof Dark Rum

.25 oz Grapefruit Juice

.75 oz Lime Juice

3 dashes of Angostura Bitters

1/2 of an Egg White

Instructions:

1. Combine ingredients into a shaker tin (or mason jar with a tightly closing lid).

2. Shake hard without ice for 30 seconds.

3. Add ice and shake hard for 30 more seconds.

4. Strain into a coupe and serve with a Convenient Cocktail grapefruit half-moon. Enjoy!
