Holiday Punch

(No alcohol)

For your holiday brunch.

Ingredients:

2 L Apple Cider

2 L [strong] Hibiscus Tea

200 mL Cinnamon Syrup*

50 mL Lemon Juice

200 mL Milk

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients except milk into an 8qt container.

2. Heat milk over medium heat until it just barely starts to boil.

3. Pour the milk over the other ingredients - let sit 30 minutes.

4. After the milk solids separate, slowly pour through cheesecloth until all of the solids have been removed.

5. Serve over ice, & garnish with a Convenient Cocktail Scarlet Apple. Enjoy!

*Cinnamon Syrup:

  • In a small saucepan, boil 1 cup water.

  • Stir in 1 cup white or raw granulated sugar, stirring until completely dissolved.

  • Reduce heat to low and add 4 cinnamon sticks. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or so, then remove from heat.

  • Let cool, covered, for at least an hour before removing the cinnamon sticks.

  • Transfer into an airtight container and use as needed for a festive kick!
